Payment:
If my auction/listing does not specify immediate payment, please pay within the 48-hour time frame.
If payment is not received within 48 hours your order will be cancelled, UNLESS you have already contacted me for other arrangements.
Returns:
Returns will ONLY be accepted if there was misrepresentation in my listing, I.E. Item not as described, etc.
Please read my listings top to bottom and make sure you completely understand what you are bidding on, etc.
If a return needs to take place you will need to contact me, and I will issue you an RMA#.
You will be responsible for shipping the product back to me, in the original box (if possible).
RMA# will need to be written on the outside of the box.
NO MONEY will be refunded UNTIL material is received by me or my staff, no exceptions.
I have sent to much money back, only to NOT receive my product back.
This is unacceptable and will not happen again.
Once material is received and I have looked it over, I will then refund your money.
I hate to handle returns like this, but after being burned in the past this is the way it must be.
Shipping:
I usually ship either FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. I always ship within the 48 hour time frame.
Most of the time I ship same day if possible.
If there is a time that I must go past the 48 hour shipping time frame, i.e. family emergency, I WILL LET YOU KNOW. Sometimes things are out of my control, however, once the package leaves my possession you will receive tracking via eBay.
Keep in mind I will not be responsible for LOST packages in transit.
It will be YOUR responsibility to contact the carrier and to file a claim.
If you receive your package and it is damaged by the carrier, again it is YOUR responsibility to contact the carrier and file a dispute.
I have NO control of what happens to a package once it is in the hands of the carrier. Should you require more insurance on your package then what Ebay has to offer, please let me know and I will add the extra insurance and charge accordingly.
