Stunning Reproduction BED DOLL - 30" Long 1983 Beautifully Dressed and one of a kind.  The measurement from the top of her head to the edge of her skirt is 35 inches.  You will be extremely impressed with this beautiful doll.  She is marked on the bottom of her shoulder plate "(c) 83 L. Tierney."  Her head is all in one with the shoulder plate and is made of porcelain as are her lower limbs.  Her torso, upper arms and upper legs are made of cotton that is stuffed.  Her wig is glued to her head and is very shiny, very full and slightly curly.  Her eyes are glass and she has "real" lashes with painted lashes below.  She wear pantaloons, a half slip and a lovely dress.  The skirt is very full, made of yards of fabric and lace.  The back of her dress buttons down.  I just noticed 4 teeny holes in the skirt that don't show unless you search for them.  Her flat black shoes are painted on.  She also wears earrings and a lovely necklace. There is some remnants of elastic stuck to one of her shoes and one of her ankles.  I picked some of it off.  I assume there was a wooden spool or similar items banded to her legs to keep them from banging together.  She is absolutely exquisite and will be a jewel in any doll collection. She is very clean, NO odors.  There is a wrist tagged attached that listed her price at 5.00 and then lowered to 0.00.  Get ready to be impressed!!
