Vintage Hand Carved Alabaster Stone Nefertiti Bust Figurine, Egyptian Queen

I bought this at an estate sale and they didn't know much about it.  I believe it to be alabaster or soap stone; unsure, but it is not plastic.  Solid piece that will last for years to come.  I believe this may have been a project that someone started and left unfinished; it's engraved on the side.  I didn't dare clean it so will leave that up to the potential buyer.  It is 13.5" tall and the base measures 5.5" in length x 3.5" wide.  This is solid; not hollow and weighs 4lbs.  Could make a great conversation piece and be finished by yourself or older child.  There is felt on the bottom which has loosened (no wording) and, again, is solid.
